In the case of joint accounts, corporations, partnerships and trusts, your election to opt in or out covers all persons, shareholders, partners and beneficiaries listed on the account unless an individual person, shareholder, partner or beneficiary informs us in writing in the ways described above (i.e. via email or letter to our corporate offices) that such individual person, shareholder, partner or beneficiary would like to receive such information.
