BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

4G Financial, Inc. (“4G”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan on how it will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, 4G will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, 4G is providing this information on its business continuity plan.

Contacting 4G – After a significant business disruption, you should be able to contact 4G as you usually do at 469.364.8200, as 4G's plan is to contact its telephone service provider to have its phones forwarded so that it can continue to operate. However, should you be unable to contact 4G using this primary number, an alternative number is 866.914.5710 or go to 4G's parent’s website at http://www.4gcompanies.com.

4G's Business Continuity Plan – 4G plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding its employees and property, make a financial and operational assessment, protect the firm's books and records, and allow its customers to transact business. In short, 4G's business continuity plan is designed to permit it to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

4G's business continuity plan addresses: data back up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical supplier, contractor, bank and counter-party impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring our customers prompt access to their funds and securities if 4G is unable to continue its business.

4G backs up important records and maintains such information in a geographically separate area. While every emergency situation poses unique problems based on external factors, such as time of day and the severity of the disruption, 4G’s objective is to restore 4G's important records within one business day. Your information and other requests could be delayed during this period.

Varying Disruptions – Significant business disruptions can vary in their scope, such as: only 4G, a single building housing 4G, the business district where 4G is located, the city where 4G is located, or the whole region. Within each of these areas, the severity of the disruption can also vary from minimal to severe. In a disruption to only 4G or a building housing 4G, 4G will transfer its operations to a local site when needed and expects to recover and resume operations within one (1) business day. In a disruption affecting 4G's business district, city, or region, 4G will transfer its operations to a site outside of the affected area, and expects to recover and resume operations within three (3) business days. In either situation, 4G plans to continue its operations, transfer operations to an alternate site if necessary, and notify you through its web site http://www.4gcompanies.com or its customer emergency numbers, 469.364.8200 or 800.914.5710. If the significant business disruption is so severe that it prevents 4G from remaining in business, 4G will assure its customer's prompt access to their information, funds and securities if applicable.
